You now have 2 Monkeys with the same amount of Pebbles in their Treasure Chests, and no more Pebbles. Drop your last 2 Pebbles into the Treasure Chest, and there's an obvious problem here. Now go left again, and into the final room with Captain Monkeybeard. Drop 2 Pebbles into the Treasure Chest in this room. Then go left, and back to the room with the First Swab. To solve this, drop 1 of the Pebbles in the Cabin Monkey's Treasure Chest. The idea is that the Monkey with the biggest Treasure Chest should have the largest amount of coins, and no Monkey can have the same amount of coins. To solve the puzzle here, you'll have to distribute the Pebbles to each of the Treasure Chests.
You'll now have 5 Pebbles or stone pieces of eight. In the middle of the circle in this room, you'll also be able to pick up a Pebble. Now go inside the third room and you'll see a Cabin Monkey with a tiny Treasure Chest. When you enter this room, pick up the Pebble next to the statue of the Monkey. The second room features a First Swab statue of a Monkey, with a smaller Treasure Chest. In the first room, you'll find Captain Monkeybeard and a large Treasure Chest. Pick up the coin that's in the south part of the room, and then go to the right. Read the message on the door here that tells you, you'll need to be observant here. How to Complete the Second Ring of Monkey Statues Now go down the stairs onto the second floor. Before you go down them, take a look at the doorway and the picture above. Go back to the main room and head for the stairs. This won't make the doors close and will come in handy later on.
Go back through each of the rooms and take back all of your items. Once you've done this, the door will open. How to Complete the First Ring of Monkey Statues
Read the message on the blocked door that says only the organised Pirate will make it through, before you choose which way you go. One of them will be blocked off immediately, so you can go either left or right here. Go through the door to the right and you'll enter a room with a few paths. Luckily for Guybrush, there's a ledge just below that he'll land on. The only way is down, so choose to jump to your certain death. There's no way that Guybrush is stopping now, so continue following the path until you reach the end.
Keep following the zig-zag path until one of LeChuck's crewmates appears and tells you to stop. You'll soon bump into a friend, but you'll need to continue following the path to get to LeChuck. Make your way to the right as soon as you've entered the Giant Monkey Head. It's not long before you're both at the Giant Monkey Head, that's now open and ready for you to hop inside.
